Abstract
Objective: Percutaneous aortic valve replacement is an alternative for high risk patients. The Direct-Flow valve is a stentless bovine pericardial tissue valve connected to two inflatable rings, showing a high flexibility and deliverability. It is repositionable and retrievable.
