Abstract

Nowadays JSC ‘Kazakh Tourism’, being the country’s brand-manager of tourism, pays special attention to marketing and promotion of the country and attraction of investments in tourism and realization of The State program of tourism development until 2025. In this regard, a strategic session on improving the quality of tourism services is held. Among the most important of them is catering of tourists. This article highlights current problems related to improving quality of service incoming and domestic tourists in the catering segment.
