Abstract
Zeolites of various types (A, faujasite, chabazite, erionite, and mordenite with Na, Ca, and Nd cations) are highly active and selective catalysts for the hydrogenation of acetaldehyde and isobutyraldehyde in a 200–350°C interval and an H2 pressure of 30–50 atm, while zeolites NaM and NaA possess the maximum hydrogenating activity.
