Abstract
1. Dehydrogenation kinetics on Dy2O3 has been studied for the alcohols: Ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, isobutyl along with tetralin dehydrogenation and dehydration of isopropyl, propyl, ethyl, and tert-butyl alcohols. The activation energies have been found for these reactions. 2. The energies have been found for the bonds formed by hydrogen, carbon, and oxygen with the catalytically active part of the catalyst surface.
