Abstract

To study the effect of the operation parameters on the de-NOx catalysts prepared by Erdos semi-cokes, the vapor content, O 2 content, reaction temperature, space velocity, the concentrations of NO and SO 2 were investigated to find the optimum operating conditions. The addictives loaded on the catalysts could reduce the vapor's negative effect. The optimal reaction condition is vapor 4.2%, reaction temperature 70°C, space velocity 1000h -1 , O 2 10%, NO below 1000ppm. T B was 22h in the optimal condition when less than 70% conversion as the breakthrough point. Because of the suppression of NO oxidation by SO 2 , the desulfurization process had to place in front of the process of catalytic oxidation de-NO x .
