Abstract

AbstractA series of new copper(I) complexes [BBN(3‐R1‐4‐R2‐5‐R3‐pz)2]Cu(I) (BBN=9‐borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane; pz=pyrazole) have been synthesized and fully characterized. Single crystal studies of these complexes showed weak intramolecular C−H⋅⋅⋅Cu interactions which can be assigned as agostic or anagostic interactions. Their catalytic application in carbene insertion into N−H and B−H bonds demonstrates wide substrate scope, high yields and selectivity.
