Abstract
Yi Cui received his BS in chemistry (1998) from the University of Science and Technology of China and PhD in chemistry (2002) from Harvard University. He is now a professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Stanford University with a joint appointment in the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory. Prof. Cui is an authority in the design of nanoscale materials and their implementation in a wide variety of existing and novel technologies. His group studies the fundamental properties of nanomaterials and develops innovative methods and technologies to create and use them to address real-world challenges. Yuzhang Li received his BS in chemical engineering (2013) from the University of California, Berkeley. He is now a PhD student working with Prof. Cui. Yanbin Li received his BA in physics (2013) from the University of Science and Technology of China. He is now a PhD student working with Prof. Cui.
