Abstract
1. 1. A case of hay fever from catalpa is reported. 2. 2. Nine of 86 patients with spring hay fever who were tested had strong reactions to catalpa pollen extract. 3. 3. This and other evidence is offered to point out the potential importance to the individual of flowering plants and trees as causes of hay fever.
