Abstract

A series of tables summarizes all observations of CO isotopes in external galaxies up to spring 1984. Entries include the morphological type, apparent magnitude, diameter, recession velocity, and H I content of the galaxies, and lists for the CO observations the telescope used, the features examined, the portion of the galaxy observed, the antenna temperatures of detections and their upper limits, the detected and extrapolated integrated emission, the uncertainties in the data, and the distribution of emission in mapped galaxies. Differences in the calibration convention employed by observers and notations appearing in the literature are explained, and conversion factors are derived.
