Abstract

Through studying the case of the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) , this paper focuses on the impact of leadership and climate for innovation on knowledge innovation. Besides, the paper measures knowledge innovation behavior in RD team climate for innovation plays an intermediary role on relationship between them.
