Abstract

Abstract : An entire unusual pneumonic venous association is an interesting event. It’s a heart condition in which the pneumonic veins, which convey blood from the lungs to the left chamber, aren’t accurately associated. All things considered, they take an unusual (strange) course to the heart. The four classifications are supracardiac, cardiac, infracardiac, and mixed. Total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC) causes respiratory problems in neonates, who become very sick quickly. When the pulmonary veins become too thin or clogged, blood cannot flow as quickly as it should from the lungs. All out aspiratory venous association with pneumonic hindrance is the name given to this condition. To be viable with life and permit oxygenated blood blending, an atrial septal deformity or patent foramen ovale is required. Case report information : A 3 months old child admitted in Hospital. An patients residence is from an small village, near to yavatmal belongs to state Maharashtra. Child appeared to be fine, according to the parents’ statements 10 days back when she started having cold and cough and difficulty in breathing for which she was taken to a private hospital where 2D ECHO was done and she diagnosed total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC). Child is referred to hospital for further management. Conclusion : The focus of the report was on professional surgical management and high-quality nursing care, as a result of which the patient was discharged without further complications and in a satisfactory condition.
