Abstract
Paragangliomas arerare tumors in head and neck region. Laryngeal paragangliomas are very rare subtype of these tumors. We here present a case of laryngeal paraganglioma which was totally excised laryngoscopically. Good collaboration with the pathologist is essential to confirm the diagnosis. Precise diagnosis is important for ideal management.
