Abstract
Pancreatic involvement in myeloproliferative disease is rare but has been sporadically reported since its first description [1]. It is usually associated with known disseminated myeloma or previously diagnosed plasmacytoma. To our knowledge, there has been no previously reported case of obstructive jaundice as the presenting feature of multiple myeloma. We present such a case in which the appearances on imaging were not typical of those previously reported. The initial diagnosis was thought to be non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. The appearances of the tumour are described and the differential diagnosis and the relevant literature are discussed.
