Abstract
侵袭性牙周炎患者往往在年轻时牙周组织就已经发生较严重的破坏,牙齿移位是常见的伴发症状,这对思者的外貌、心理、社会交往都带来较大影响,患者大多迫切希望通过正畸治疗排齐牙齿.但由于牙周支持组织的大量破坏,正畸治疗风险较高.因此,如何通过有效的牙周治疗控制炎症、终止疾病的进展并保持牙周状况稳定,成为顺利开展正畸治疗的重要前提.现报道1例经过牙周与正畸联合治疗的侵袭性牙周炎病例,以供参考。
