Abstract

This patient had a hypoplastic tubular left breast and a slightly tuberous right breast. She requested for breast augmentation. Suggestions were lowering the left inframammary fold (IMF), trans-areolar or periareolar incision, scoring and stretching the inferior portion of the tubular breast (posteriorly), larger implant on left side, and submammary pocket. Six-year follow-up showed good results of the procedure finally performed.
