Abstract
The video shows the surgery of 67-year-old woman with a history of left carotid body tumor resection with carotid replacement with greater saphenous vein. The vein replacement graft had become aneurysmal to 3 cm. The aneurysmal vein conduit was resected and replaced with a deep femoral vein using internal shunts.
