Abstract
A carotid cavernous sinus fistula (CCF) is an arterial-venous fistula between the internal carotid artery and cavernous sinus, and can be classified as either direct or indirect. The reported incidence of CCF is only 0.17-0.27% of cases. This paper reports a case of a carotid cavernous fistula associated with a zygomaticomaxillary complex fracture
