Abstract
In this paper we dene the Carlitz’s type twisted ( h;q)-tangent numbers T (h) n;q;w and polynomials T (h) n;q;w(x). By using Carlitz’s type twisted (h;q)-tangent numbers and polynomials, twisted (h;q)-tangent zeta function and Hurwitz twisted (h;q)-tangent zeta functions are dened.
