Abstract

ABSTRACT. In recent years, restorative and cosmetic dentistry has gained importance in daily practice. Patients seek for consultation to improve the appearance of their smile, that is the reason because cosmetic procedures are becoming increasingly popular and is the responsibility of the dentist to offer different techniques for the patient to receive optimal treatment. The crowding is the superposition of the teeth caused by insufficient space in the bow; this is primarily due to a discrepancy between the volume of alveolar bone and tooth mass. The treatment of choice for patients with crowded teeth is orthodontics, however when the patient is unable to proceed with a long treatment, they should opt for restorative alternatives. This case is a 26 year old girl who seek for consultation to improve her smile, but two 2 month limited time because travel, the right procedure is to place indirect porcelain veneers for being conservative treatment with a quick resolution.
