Abstract

Cargomobilities; cargo cult. To what extent can a book be judged by its cover and title? The reason why this question is asked is that cargo and mobilities are combined in a single word. Does such a neologism add anything of relevance outside a faster way to spell the mobility(ies) of cargo? Concerning the subtitle, moving freight would have been a better choice than moving materials, particularly since materials is rarely used in such a context. Although the introductory chapter provides an explanation for the use of “materials,” this term remains a peculiar choice. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
