Abstract
My first visit to the Irish National Stud was courtesy of a school outing at the age of 13 and I was so impressed by it that I knew I wanted to work there one day. I am the only qualified veterinary nurse at the stud and work closely with Bridget McGing the stud's resident veterinary surgeon.
