Career Development of College Students under the Background of Ideological and Political Education

Abstract

With the further acceleration of China's reform, the problem of student employment has become increasingly prominent. However, strengthening ideological and political education is an objective requirement in the process of China's modernization. How to alleviate the contradiction between employment difficulty and social structure has become the main task of university work. Taking students' career development as the breakthrough point, improve the effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education (IAPE) in higher education, and finally promote the overall development of students through the combination of the two. In view of this problem, this paper puts forward the research of students' career development under the background of Ideological and political education. Through the analysis of the data changes after the integration of IAPE and students' career development, this paper obtains the satisfaction of 91% after the integration, and analyzes the satisfaction comparison between IAPE and traditional education in students' career development, and puts forward the corresponding guidance countermeasures. The research in this paper has important practical significance for the further integration of the two.
