Abstract

The prompt recognition of allergic reactions during oral food and drug challenge (OFC/DPT) in children is crucial. Non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring may help in early detection of the reactions. We sought to describe cardiovascular changes and test their performance in predicting the reaction during OFC/DPT.
