During 12 visits to the beauty center, initial and final assessments were carried out (anthropometric: body mass index, skin fold, percentage of body fat; cardiovascular: heart rate and blood pressure; and autonomic (HRV indices) and 10 CT sessions Results: After the 10 CT sessions, there were reductions in skin fold values and percentage of body fat (p<0.05). However, there were no differences in cardiovascular variables or HRV when comparing the moments before and after ten sessions. CT sessions (p>0.05). Conclusion: The combined therapy proved effective in reducing localized fat and safe in terms of changes in HRV indices without causing changes in blood pressure.
