Abstract
Purpose: to improve the organization of emergency assistance to an emergency diver in a state of clinical death. Clarification of the priority of cardiopulmonary resuscitation by persons providing diving descents.Materials and methods. Аnalysis of guidelines governing medical support for diving descents and documents for the provision of emergency and urgent assistance, study of emergencies with naval divers.Results and discussion. Сonsidered one of the reasons that has a negative impact on the approach to emergency care — the lack of a unified algorithm of actions in the guideline documents for diagnosing clinical death in a diver, as well as ambiguous interpretation of the priority of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

СЕРДЕЧНО ЛЕГОЧНАЯ РЕАНИМАЦИЯ КАК ПРИОРИТЕТ В ОКАЗАНИИ ЭКСТРЕННОЙ ПОМОЩИ АВАРИЙНОМУ ВОДОЛАЗУ. Севастополь, Россия 21472 Военно-Морской клинический госпиталь, г. Цель: совершенствование организации оказания экстренной помощи аварийному водолазу в состоянии клинической смерти. Уточнение приоритетности проведения сердечно-легочной реанимации лицами, осуществляющими обеспечение водолазных спусков. Материалы и методы: анализ руководящих документов, регламентирующих медицинское обеспечение водолазных спусков и документов по оказанию экстренной и неотложной помощи, изучение аварийных случаев с водолазами Военно-Морского Флота. Результаты и их обсуждение: рассмотрена одна из причин, негативно влияющая на подход к оказанию экстренной помощи — отсутствие в руководящих документах единого алгоритма действий при диагностике у водолаза состояния клинической смерти, а также неоднозначное толкование приоритетности проведения сердечно-легочной реанимации.
