Abstract

Objective: Advanced ovarian cancer (OC) not uncommonly spreads to cardiophrenic lymph nodes (CPLNs), particularly in patients with upper abdominal disease. Enlarged CPLNs are typically visible on preoperative imaging. However, there is minimal literature regarding the clinical significance of enlarged CPLNs in the context of abdominal debulking. We investigated the prognostic impact of enlarged CPLNs detected at preoperative CT scans.
