Abstract
The impact of different variants of total intrav enous anesthesia (TIVA) in abdominal surgery in patients with ischemic heart disease and heart failure on myocardial blood flow to select the best option from the TIVA cardiac safety profile is analyzed. By studying the dynamics of the myocardial oxygen balance, kardiohemodinamic, level of biomarkers of myocardial ischemia and heart failure. The best option TIVA in these patients is the use of total intravenous anesthesia with propofol anesthetic baseline in continuous infusion in combination with subnarkotic doses of ketamine.
