Abstract

Thoracopagus conjoint twins are very rare malformation and frequently associated with complex cardiac defects. Unique morphology of conjoint twin poses a lot of challenges in evaluation of cardiac anatomy. This case report discusses cardiac defect diagnosed during antenatal evaluation in a conjoint twin and focus on classification of cardiac anatomy, diagnostic challenges and scope of management.
