Abstract
Background Carcinosarcoma (malignant mixed mullerian tumour) is a rare malignancy of the female genital tract and rarer to arise from the fallopian tube. Approximately 60 cases are reported in world literature so far. Carcinosarcoma with the sarcoma component only in the metastatic deposit is highly uncommon.
