Abstract
The fundamental principles of the Party's economic policy for the current five-year period and the more distant future are spelled out in the decisions of the Twenty-fifth Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. These principles are based on Marxist-Leninist theory and objective patterns of social development, and they express the Party's economic strategy.
