Abstract

The aim of this study is to compare the chromatographic separation of dyes, used in food industry, by thin-layer chromatography and capillary column liquid chromatography techniques. The same separation systems (stationary phase containing adsorbent type RP-8; and mobile phase containing methanol–water, with the modifier) were used for both techniques.
