Abstract
The possibility of Pseudomonas fluorescens lipase purification by using ultrafiltration capillar membranes was studied. Two step procedure for protein fractionation on polyacrylonitryle, and enzyme concentration on polysulphone, membranes was proposed. This procedure is suitable for continuous lipase recovery.
