Abstract
Massive Multi Input and Multi Output (M-MIMO) is the most prominent technology to improve the spectral and energy efficiency of future wireless systems by deploying multiple number of antennas at the base station. In this letter, we considered the impact of spatially correlation on massive MIMO downlink systems with achievable data rate in the block fading environment. The proposed schemes exploit the effective, achievable rates under perfect channel estimation and correlated channel environment. It has observed that the spatially correlation among the multiple antennas degrade the performance of multi antenna system. To do this, we provide widely used channel estimation techniques such as, MMSE and MRC for the evaluation of correlated channel scenario. The simulation results presented in MATLAB 2015b.
