Abstract

In article number 1801389, Wei Liu, Zhi-Jun Sun, and co-workers report a biomimetic nanoparticle based on a myeloid-derived suppressor cell membrane-coated Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticle (MDSC@MNP) for cancer theranostics. This nanoparticle demonstrates its superior performance in immune evasion, active tumor targeting, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), macrophage polarization, and photothermal therapy (PTT)-induced tumor killing. The work provides a promising ingenious biomimetic nanoparticle for cancer treatment.
