Inside Front Cover In article number 2201381, Haidong Li, Juyoung Yoon, and co-workers review smart nanomaterials that can target lesion sites passively/actively and release immunogenic cell death (ICD) inducers on-demand, which can turn the dead cancer cells into endogenous vaccines, eliciting a systemic antigen-specific antitumor. The improved accumulation of the ICD inducers at the tumor site not only enhances the therapeutic effect of cancer immunotherapy but also prevents damage to normal tissues.
