Abstract

AbstractThis article describes recent advances in the diagnostic and therapeutic management of small cell lung cancer, particularly, the development of immune checkpoint inhibitors. He also cites still debatable issues such as pre-therapeutic explorations, thoracic radiotherapy, and prophylactic cerebral irradiation.
