Abstract

Immunotherapy has revolutionized cancer treatment and rejuvenated the field of tumor immunology. It has become a powerful clinical strategy for treating cancer; these therapies aim to improve antitumor immune responses with fewer adrift than chemotherapies and other agents that directly kill cancer cells. This review focuses on some of the developments in cancer immunology and immunotherapy and highlights the development of new immunotherapeutic strategies.
