Abstract
Approximately 2 million people in Canada have type 2 diabetes (T2D). Understanding current management practices is essential for developing strategies to improve patient outcomes. This study was a national needs assessment of T2D patients treated in primary or specialist care on oral anti-hyperglycemic agents and who are not at target for HbA1c.
