Abstract
Traditionally, growth hormone has been delivered by needle and syringe or manual injection devices that may be difficult and painful for patients. In January 2007, EMD Serono Canada, Inc., launched the Easypod™ in Canadian pediatric endocrine clinics. Easypod™ is the first electronic growth hormone injection device designed to improve patient's ease of use, reliability, and convenience.
