Abstract
Background and Aims: QT dispersion (QTd) is related to regional variations in myocardial repolarization. As exercise-induced ischemia causes heterogeneity in the ventricular repolarization, QTd could be used to assess the resulting ischemia. Aim: To assess the value of QTd in prediction of myocardial ischemia and its severity during stress imaging.
