Abstract

Abstract Date Presented 04/01/2022 Perfectionism among students who are future health care providers could negatively affect academic performance, health outcomes, future career burnout, and poor work performance. This study determined rates of perfectionism among graduate OT, speech-language pathology, and physical therapy students and explored the impact of perfectionism on academic and psychosocial outcomes. Results may help guide the development of resources to support academic success and mental health for students in rigorous academic programs.
