Abstract

Uterine Leiomyosarcoma (uLMS) is an exceptionally rare yet aggressive tumor, characterized by poor clinical outcomes. It exhibits a high potential for metastasis, even long after apparent remission. Surgical excision remains the cornerstone of treatment for localized uLMS and isolated metastatic cases.
