Abstract
A family of analog signal-processing circuits enabling temperature compensation and linearization of the characteristics of sensors, transducers and actuators, and suitable for quantity production, is presented. The temperature compensation, linear or non-linear, can be obtained for any objects by applying resistance temperature sensors. Linearization is possible for resistance (impedance) objects only. An example of linearization of a silicon (spreading-resistor) temperature sensor, Philips KTY81-2 series, is shown.
