It has been 14 years since Alvin Toffler published his book The Adaptive Corporation (l flexible company). In this work, the renowned author reflects on the changes that are generated in organizations from the insertion of new technologies. This book precedes the rise of the former Bell System (AT & T). This classic work is the starting point for the analysis of this article know the emotions of the members of an organization can avoid harmful actions and promote the road to general prosperity and happiness in particular.
