Abstract
With this issue, we inaugurate Research and Practice Notes, a section of the Journal which will periodically publish contributions devoted to the concerns, actions and musing of academicians and practitioners. We invite your contributions to the Notes section. Manuscripts should not exceed 10 typed, double-spaced pages. Please refer to the manuscript policies on the inside back cover of the Journal for complete information.
