Abstract

Less than a year following the California Legislature's infusion of multibillions to support a behavioral health initiative for youth, California Gov. Gavin Newsom last week announced a master plan to overhaul the state's mental health system for children. The $4.7 billion plan will provide Californians ages 0–25 with increased access to mental health and substance use supports.
