Abstract

AbstractCalculations of the reflectance spectrum of the double‐layer porous silicon antireflection coating for silicon solar cells were carried out using optical matrix approach method. Comparison of obtained reflectance spectrum of double‐layer porous silicon with the spectra obtained experimentally without optimization of parameters of layers and for the SiO2/TiO2 antireflection coating was shown lower reflectance value for this new construction proposed by us.
