Abstract
The quantum properties of O(2,2) string cosmology with adilaton potential are studied in this paper. The cosmologicalsolutions are obtained on three-dimensional space-time.Moreover, the quantum probability of transition between twoduality universe is calculated through aWheeler–De Witt approach.
