Abstract
This paper focuses on the application of surface impedance concept in a post-processing stage for the calculation of such characteristics of conductors such as energy stored in the conductor's skin layer, power losses, inductance, and resistance per unit length. Derivations are performed in terms of - and - formalisms. Numerical examples are included to illustrate the method and validate the results.
