Abstract
Abstract: In this article, using the NushellX@MSU shell model code, the energy levels and electromagnetic transition probabilities B(E2) and B(M1) were calculated for the 44Sc isotope in the f7pn-shell region. The model space includes all configurations of nucleons in the f7/2 orbit, where the calculations were performed with the effective interactions F7CDPN and F742PN in full f7pn space. The low-lying states and electromagnetic transition probabilities were seen to be in reasonable agreement with the experimental data for the counterpart under study.
